Anbessie Afework Yitbarek is currently the Vice President of Commercial Airplane Sales & Marketing at Boeing, leading the global commercial services sales and marketing team. With extensive experience in commercial aviation, they previously served as VP Commercial Services for Asia Pacific and Managing Director of Services Sales for North East Asia. Anbessie’s earlier roles include Executive Officer of Operations & Technical at Ethiopian Airlines and various positions at Boeing, including Sales Director for multiple regions. Anbessie holds a graduate degree in Electrical Engineering from Addis Ababa University and is a member of IEEE, enjoying soccer and hiking in the Northwest.
