Ainhoa González Pérez is currently serving as the EU Chemical Policy Lead at Boeing since July 2025. Prior to this role, Ainhoa worked as a Chemicals Management Policy Officer at Eurometaux from November 2022 to July 2025, where responsibilities included managing the Exchange & Capacity-building Group on Battery Materials and advocating for the Battery Regulation. Ainhoa's experience also encompasses positions at FIPRA Public Affairs as a Senior Account Executive and Account Executive, focusing on EU Climate, Energy, and Environmental policies. Earlier roles include serving as a Policy Assistant for the Basque Country at the EU, monitoring various EU policies. Ainhoa holds a Master's degree in EU International Relations and Diplomacy Studies from the College of Europe and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from the University of Deusto.
