Shital Jare-Bandal is currently a Vice President and Product Owner at BNY Mellon, a role they began in 2023. Previously, Shital served as a Proxy Product Owner and Senior Business Analyst at Principal Financial Group from 2011 to 2018, where they worked within a SAFe environment, managing product backlogs and participating in various agile ceremonies. They also held positions as a Quality Analyst at Sneash and Allscripts India from 2007 to 2011, and as a Product Owner and Lead Business Analyst at HSBC from 2018 to 2023, leading projects in a DevOps setting.
