Maíra Tosetti Fragoso is a Senior Vice President at BNY, managing Client Tax Reporting & Compliance for Brazil Operations. Previously, Maíra held the role of Tax Director within the International Tax and M&A department at Alvarez & Marsal and has extensive experience at KPMG, Itaú BBA, Ambev, and prestigious law firms, specializing in various aspects of tax law. Maíra earned an L.L.B. from Mackenzie Presbyterian University and has a specialization in International Tax Law from the Brazilian Institute of Tax Law, along with an Executive MBA in Finance from Insper, set to conclude in December 2025. Fluent in English and native in Portuguese, Maíra possesses strong analytical and leadership skills, coupled with a commitment to tax efficiency and corporate advisory.
