David Egidi is the Managing Director and Associate General Counsel at BNY Mellon, where they lead the Corporate Affairs Practice Group and manage attorneys across the US and EMEA. They co-chair the Entity Governance Committee, overseeing the company's entity structure and engaging with stakeholders on key initiatives. Prior to their tenure at BNY Mellon, David practiced as a Corporate Lawyer at Anderson Kill from 1991 to 1999. David earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Georgetown University.
