Anna Domino is a global financial services leader specializing in client experience and large-scale transformations. They have held multiple roles at BNY, most recently as the Head of Strategy for the Client Service Practice, and previously served as the Head of Change Management and Organizational Development. Earlier in their career, Anna worked in the Office of the COO at Bridgewater Associates.
