Peter Poon has extensive experience in digital product management and innovation, notably serving as Head & VP of Digital Self-Service, Innovation and Technology at BMO from May 2016 to July 2021, where responsibility included leading agile transformations in Canadian digital self-service product management and enterprise capabilities. Additionally, Peter held various roles at BMO, including Head & Managing Director of Digital Product Management for Self Service Experience & Innovation and Head of Digital Innovation & Director of Channel Strategy, focusing on establishing long-term strategies, R&D capabilities, and channel optimization. Prior experience includes an analyst position at J.P. Morgan within the Private Banking Products & Platforms rotational program and co-founding MSM Technologies, where Peter served as Managing Partner.
