Bashar AL-Jamal possesses extensive experience in technology leadership, particularly within the wealth management sector. From January 2017 to June 2022, Bashar served as Director and Senior Technology Officer at BMO, where responsibilities included defining mutual funds product designs, managing vendor relationships, and overseeing compliance reporting. Prior to this role, Bashar was Solutions Delivery Manager at TD, where strategic planning and alignment with business architecture was a focus. As an IT Manager at TD, Bashar collaborated on technology roadmaps for digital identity management solutions. Earlier roles included Systems Architect at both Vortex Connect and ADP, where Bashar led platform redesigns and adopted Agile methodologies. Educationally, Bashar holds a B.Sc. in Biology from Brock University.
