Kawtar Kazeb is a performance improvement project manager at Foundever since October 2019. Prior to this role, Kawtar spent over a decade at Phone Group, holding various positions including responsable certification et processus, where Kawtar led quality management systems across African sites and oversaw performance improvement initiatives. As responsable études et statistiques, Kawtar conducted operational quality analysis and managed projects related to operational quality. In the PMO role, Kawtar assisted the program director with cross-continental project management and ensured continuous improvement in project management practices. Additionally, as a senior supervisor, Kawtar provided guidance to a team while overseeing real-time activity management.
