Svetlana Melamed is a Product Development Manager at BMC Software since August 2022, bringing extensive experience in software development and team leadership. Prior to BMC, Svetlana held the position of R&D Software Development Manager at Genpact from October 2020 to August 2022, where the focus was on developing cloud-native applications utilizing modern technologies such as Java 17 and Microservices architecture. An extensive tenure at Amdocs from 2002 to October 2020 included leading end-to-end software development processes and managing teams of developers using Agile and SAFe methodologies. Svetlana also has a background in team leadership and software development roles, starting as a Developer and Team Lead at Edusoft Ltd. from 1996 to 2002. Svetlana holds a degree in Practical Engineering, Computer Software Engineering from Tel Aviv University and has foundational education from the Pedagogical Institution of Tashkent.
