Sarah Davies is an experienced leader in corporate initiatives and product line operations with a strong background in business transformation and strategic planning. At BMC Software from 2016 to 2020, Sarah served as Director of Corporate Initiatives, managing cross-functional programs for business transformation, and later as Director of Product Line Operations for Intelligent Z Optimization and Transformation, overseeing key operational initiatives. Currently, Sarah is a Senior Director at BMC Software, focusing on Digital Service and Operations Management. Prior experience includes roles at ABB Lummus Global as an Engineering Specialist and multiple positions at Accenture, where Sarah consulted on operational strategy and business transformation in the energy, chemicals, and natural resources industries. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering, Magna Cum Laude, from Texas A&M University and is currently pursuing participation in the Leadership Consortium at Smith College.
