Pratik Nahata is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product development and entrepreneurship. As a Senior Director of Product Development at BMC Software since June 2011, Pratik has significantly contributed to product innovations. Additionally, since August 2024, Pratik serves as Co-President of Stanford Angels & Entrepreneurs, focusing on investment and mentorship for early-stage startups. Previously, Pratik founded Aeroprise, where responsibilities included establishing India operations and building teams for quality assurance and customer support from January 2001 to June 2011. Before Aeroprise, Pratik founded Kwaish Inc., which won first prize at the 2000 PlanEDU Business Plan competition and later merged to form Aeroprise. Pratik holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from RV College of Engineering.
