Johnathan Baird, CTR, currently holds a position in People Operations focusing on Talent Acquisition at BlueForge Alliance since April 2024. With over a decade of service in the Texas Army National Guard, Johnathan has progressed through various roles including Signal Operations NCOIC, Platoon Sergeant, and Regional Recruiter. Prior to joining BlueForge Alliance, Johnathan worked as a recruiter for the City of College Station and as a Regional Facilities Manager at Tacala, LLC. Educationally, Johnathan has earned technical diplomas in Marketing Management and Information Technology from the National Guard Professional Education Center and Fort Gordon Signal School of Excellence, respectively.
