Minnamari Salmela is a seasoned professional currently serving as a Senior Quality Specialist at Blueprint Genetics since July 2017, where previous roles included Quality Engineer and Quality Assurance Associate. Prior experience includes a Research Assistant position at the University of Helsinki, working on a hemoglobinopathy-related project using CRISPR-Cas9, and a Master's Thesis Worker under Jere Weltner in Prof. Timo Otonkoski's group. Minnamari also contributed as a Research Assistant and Course Assistant at Aalto University, participated in the Aalto-Helsinki 2014 iGEM team, and worked as a Production Worker at Tikkurila Oyj and a Daycare Assistant for the City of Espoo. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree and a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from Aalto University, complemented by a High School diploma from Olari High School.
