Sanjiban Basu is an accomplished professional with nearly three decades of experience in the air-conditioning and refrigeration industry. Having begun their career at Voltas Limited, they progressed through diverse roles at Blue Star Limited, where they currently serve as the Assistant General Manager in the Commercial Refrigeration Division. Sanjiban has achieved significant milestones, including a substantial revenue growth and market share increases in challenging territories across Eastern India. Additionally, they engage actively in policy discussions on Cold Chain Development as a member of CII’s Agri & Food Processing Subcommittee. Currently, Sanjiban is pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering at WBCTE.
