Doug Perine currently serves as Principal UX Interaction Designer at Blue Shield of California, where responsibilities include leading UX initiatives for development teams and advocating for user-centered design practices. Previous experience includes roles as UX/Visual Designer at CSAA Insurance Group, focusing on creating a comprehensive “Insurance Knowledge Center,” and as a UX/UI Designer at 2Plus2 Partners with a specialization in mobile and touch device design. A background in UX/UI and development management is evidenced by a tenure at School Loop, overseeing product evolution and client communication, as well as web design and development at Tommy Dew Design. Doug holds a degree in General Education with a course emphasis on Graphic Design and Marketing from Platt College and Sierra College.
