Lucas Pedreira is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Acting Finance Director for Blue Origin's New Glenn booster since August 2025. Prior to this role, Lucas held a Senior Finance Analyst position at Blue Origin from August 2022 to August 2025 and worked as a Finance Manager and Senior Finance Analyst at Inmarsat in 2019. Lucas began a career in auditing at KPMG New Zealand, advancing from Auditor to Senior Auditor and Assistant Manager between March 2015 and March 2017. Additional experience includes working as a Finance Business Partner at Rayonier from June 2017 to March 2019 and an internship at The Walt Disney Company in 2012. Academically, Lucas holds a BA/BCom from the University of Auckland, a Chartered Accountant designation, and a Certificate in Business Analytics from Imperial College London.
