Elliot Escalante currently serves as the Director of People Operations & Technology at Blue Origin since 2022, previously holding roles such as HRIS and Process Management Leader and Senior Manager in the HR Project Management Office. Prior to Blue Origin, Elliot Escalante spent over a decade at Boeing, culminating as Senior Manager of HR Systems Operations, where responsibilities included leading teams to optimize Boeing's Workday instance and developing system health metrics. Additionally, Elliot acted as the Program Management Office Lead for Boeing's 2nd Century HR Program, overseeing significant HR transformation efforts. Educational credentials include an MBA from the UW Foster School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Claremont McKenna College.
