Dora Aldama is a professional with extensive experience in engineering and project management. Starting as a Space Systems Engineering Intern at Oceaneering in 2009, Dora contributed to the Life Support System Research and Development for the Constellation Next-Generation Space Suit. Following this, Dora worked at Pratt & Whitney as a Research Fellow and progressed to Senior Engineer and Analytical Engineer from 2011 to 2016. Dora further developed leadership and operational skills through roles at Boeing, including Systems Engineering Production Manager and Operations Manager, and participated in a Leadership Development Program. Subsequently, Dora served as a Sustainability Fellow at the MIT Office of Sustainability and has been a Senior Technical Project Manager in Operations Strategy at Blue Origin since January 2022. Dora holds multiple degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, including an MBA, an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering, a Sustainability Certificate, and a BS in Aerospace Engineering.
