Currently serving as the Executive Director of Government Programs at Blue Cross Blue Shield Association, Monica drives legislative and regulatory policy initiatives while fostering consensus among stakeholders. Previously, Monica was the CEO of a government affairs consulting firm and held key positions in the U.S. Senate, where impactful healthcare legislation was developed.
