Holly Graves is a Vice President, Operations and COO of CMS Programs at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas, a position held since 2020. Previously, they served as the Director of Individual Sales and Customer Service at the same company from 2013 to 2020, where they were responsible for strategic policies and member experience. Holly has also been involved in community service as a board member for Let's Help and as a Meals on Wheels volunteer, showcasing a commitment to social responsibility. They served on the school board for USD 321 from 2003 to 2007 and are actively engaged in professional development through the Sales and Marketing Executives of Topeka Association. Holly's education includes a Professional AHM designation from the Academy for Healthcare Management and participation in the Leadership Quest Program at Blue University.
