Caitlin Malone is a seasoned leader in data science, currently serving as the Senior Director of Data Science at Health Care Service Corporation in the AI Innovation Lab. Previously, Caitlin was the Senior Director and Director of Data Science at Tempus Labs, Inc., where they guided teams in delivering analytical support for molecular and clinical data. Caitlin's early career included roles at Civis Analytics and SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory, where they contributed to innovative research in data science and experimental particle physics, respectively. Caitlin holds a PhD in Experimental Particle Physics from Stanford University and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Physics from The Ohio State University.
