Ana Shay is a retired Vice President of Account Management at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas, where they were responsible for overseeing account management for the Local Mid Market segment. Prior to retirement in 2023, Ana held various roles, including Director of Sales and Account Management, demonstrating extensive expertise in sales and account management within the health insurance sector. Ana began their career as Assistant Director of Marketing at Chicago HMO - United Healthcare, where they led a marketing unit focused on the Medicare Advantage product. Ana holds an M.B.A. in Marketing and Management from the Loyola University of Chicago, which they are currently pursuing.
