Hosam El Nagar is a seasoned media and technology strategist with over 20 years of experience in international media transformation and AI adoption. They held multiple roles at the Associated Press from 2006 to 2012, including Client Planning Manager and Editorial and Assignments Manager. Following their tenure at AP, Hosam served as Operations Director and Director of Innovation and Learning at the Thomson Foundation from 2012 to 2016. Currently, they are the Director of Capacity Building at the Blockchain & Climate Institute and worked as an L&D Consultant for VSO in 2024. Hosam holds a Master's degree from the University of Westminster and an MBA from Bayes Business School, complementing a Bachelor’s degree from Middlebury College.
