Samir Desai is currently the Director of Global Strategic Partnerships Finance at Block, where they focus on Cash App, Square, and Emerging Brands. They began their career at J.P. Morgan as an Analyst in the Financial Institutions Group before advancing to various finance roles at companies such as Sift, Chime, and Unit. In addition to their current position, Samir serves as a Partner at 2 Days Early, a network aimed at supporting fintech startups, and also creates content on fintech topics under Interspace Ventures. Samir holds a Bachelor's Degree from Duke University, which they earned in 2013.
