Kumar Subramanyan, PhD, MBA, is a seasoned leader in consumer products innovation with a strong focus on AI, data analytics, and digital transformation. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of CPG Products at Blackstraw, Kumar previously held the title of Senior Director of Modelling & Analytics at Unilever, where they drove global digital transformation in R&D and engineered advanced analytical solutions. With extensive experience in the Personal Care and Beauty sectors, Kumar has led cross-functional teams, published extensive research, and presented at international conferences, demonstrating a commitment to leveraging technology to enhance product innovation and efficiency. Currently, Kumar is pursuing an MBA at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a PhD at Columbia University.
