Yong Wah Woon is currently the Director and Head of Performance Measurement & Attribution for APAC ex Japan at BlackRock, where they lead a team in Singapore and manage performance-related analytics across the region. With over 15 years of experience in the investment management industry, they have specialized in performance attribution and return analysis. Previously, Woon held key positions at DBS Asset Management, HSBC Investments, and Eastspring Investments, focusing on performance analysis and fund administration. Woon earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Monash University and a Diploma in Banking and Financial Management from Nanyang Polytechnic.
