Pooja Jain currently serves as a Quant Research & Product Strategist at BlackRock, specializing in LifePath® products since June 2023. Previously, Pooja held a summer internship as a quant researcher in the asset allocation team for retirement solutions within the Multi-Asset Strategies and Solutions group. In addition to professional experience, Pooja has been actively involved in various roles at Lady Shri Ram College for Women, including membership in the research wing of The Placement Cell and a managerial position in data acquisition and analysis at Metvy. Pooja has also served as the treasurer for the Department of Mathematics and as a member of the media and outreach committee for the LSR MUN & Public Speaking Society. Educational qualifications include a B.Sc. (Hons) in Mathematics with a minor in Economics from Lady Shri Ram College for Women and earlier education at St. Mary's Academy in Meerut Cantt.
