Kelvin Dell is currently the Head of US ETF Engineering, leading a team dedicated to the development and delivery of innovative ETFs that enhance the financial well-being of iShares clients. Previously, Kelvin worked at BlackRock from 2014 to 2018 in various roles, including iShares Portfolio Manager and Index Equity Product Strategist, focusing on ETF trading and product strategy. Kelvin began their career as an Industrial Placement Student at GlaxoSmithKline in 2009. They earned an MSci in Pure and Applied Chemistry with first-class honors from the University of Strathclyde in 2011.
