With a robust background in global fixed income, asset allocation, and macro research, they have successfully led investment strategy for institutional and private wealth clients, while driving digital transformation and ESG product growth. Previously, Joy held various roles at BlackRock, including Senior Portfolio Manager for the Asia-Pacific region and Head of iShares Investment Strategy for the Americas. Joy earned a Bachelor's degree from Hanoi University of Science and Technology and an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley.
