With a senior executive background in the financial sector, Caroline previously served as Chief Operating Officer at LCH, where they managed operations and technology while implementing transformative digital solutions. Prior to that, they held various leadership roles at Société Générale Corporate and Investment Banking from 2011 to 2018, including Chief Operating Officer for Fixed Income, Credit, and Currencies. Caroline holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems applicable to the finance sector from Télécom Ecole de Management.
