Terry Milburn Jr. is a retired IT Service Management Leader with extensive experience in infrastructure operations, program management, and applications support. They previously held senior positions at companies such as Black & Veatch, Honeywell International, and Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., where they demonstrated expertise in ITIL, PMP, and Six Sigma principles. Currently, Terry serves as an ITIL Program Manager and Sr. IT Manager at Black & Veatch, focusing on improving service delivery and change management processes. Throughout their career, they have been recognized for their effectiveness as a team builder and mentor, consistently driving customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Terry is pursuing a Bachelor's degree from Warren National University.
