Donielle Gustafson, M.S., is a seasoned Sr. Program Manager of Enterprise Data and Analytics at Black Hills Energy, where they focus on delivering data-driven insights. With a strong foundation in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and Data Science, they previously held roles including Employee Attitude Assessor for the Arlington Police Association and Organizational Development Psychologist for the State of South Dakota. Donielle also contributed as a Talent Analysis Intern at 7-Eleven and possesses experience as a quantitative analyst and data scientist. Their academic achievements include a Master’s in Data Science from Elmhurst College and an M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Texas at Arlington.
