Rachel Silverstein is a seasoned legal professional with seventeen years of experience, currently serving as General Counsel, Global at Bitfarms. Known for their expertise at the intersection of Bitcoin and energy, they have also held roles such as VP of Compliance and General Counsel at CleanSpark, and Corporate Counsel at Zappos Family of Companies. Rachel co-founded Firm 21m, where they represent clients in the Bitcoin mining and energy sectors. They began their legal career as a Law Clerk for Judge Kathleen Delaney, later working as an attorney at Fox Rothschild LLP and Littler Mendelson. Rachel holds a law degree from the William S.
