Steve Teo is currently the Director of Cloud Security Engineering at Bitdefender, where they lead initiatives aimed at enhancing cloud security solutions. With a diverse background in Agile Software Development, Cloud Engineering, and DevSecOps, Steve has previously held key roles at organizations like SGX and Singtel, focusing on infrastructure architecture and automation. Additionally, they have been instrumental in fostering the tech community as a leader of the AWS User Group Singapore and as an advocate for open-source technologies. Steve holds a 2nd Upper Class Honours degree from the National University of Singapore and has been recognized as an AWS Community Hero and an ASEAN AWS Cloud Warrior.
