Nastya Lekarev is a Digital Marketing Manager with extensive experience across multiple companies, most recently at BIScience since March 2025 and previously at Radiflow where responsibilities included developing full-funnel marketing strategies, managing LinkedIn and Google Ads campaigns, and improving website UX for better conversion rates. Prior roles at Nextep involved leading digital marketing efforts for various subsidiaries and developing demand generation strategies, while also managing SEO, PPC, and social media campaigns.
