Sophanie Occean is a project management leader and Scrum Master with over six years of experience in social impact, project management, and marketing strategy. Currently serving as the Community Engagement and Outreach Manager at Birmingham Corps since 2025, Sophanie previously coordinated community redevelopment projects as The Switch Project Manager at REV Birmingham. They held various roles including Partner Programs Coordinator at Shipt and Innovation Project Manager at Protective Life, where they spearheaded initiatives to enhance brand awareness and drive project success. Sophanie is currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Digital Marketing at Baruch College, City University of New York.
