Salva López has a diverse work experience in the wine industry. Salva started their career as an Assistant in Enology and Wine Tourism at Celler Mas Vicenç, where they gained experience in vinification control and analysis of various wine varieties. Salva also had the opportunity to work in wine tourism and wine education.
Following that, López pursued an internship at Marimar Estate Vineyards and Winery, which provided him with further exposure to the industry.
In 2017, López joined Miguel Torres S.A. as a Winemaker and Assistant Winemaker. In this role, they were responsible for making winemaking decisions based on analysis, databases, and tastings of different grape batches. Salva also played a crucial role in creating wine blends and supporting the marketing, brand, and sales team in customer tastings.
López's most recent position is as a Product Specialist - Food&Beverage at Biosystems S.A. Salva is involved in product training, technical support, and product management for wine analysis. Additionally, they contribute to marketing and sales strategy, as well as product development and testing.

In 2019, they pursued further education at the Wine & Spirit Education Trust, where they obtained the WSET - Award in Wines, specializing in Cata de vino/Sumiller. In addition to their degrees, Salva Lopez has acquired several certifications, including WSET Level 2 in Wines from WSET — Wine & Spirit Education Trust in December 2019, IN.K.A.M.S International Key Account Management & Sales Erasmus+ from Università Politecnica delle Marche in May 2019, B1 from Cambridge Assessment English in July 2017, and B2 Agilidad Oral from Universidad Internacional Menéndez Pelayo in June 2017.
