Satwick Thumu is an experienced professional in supply chain management, currently serving as Associate Director of Supply Chain Management at BioNTech SE since July 2023, where responsibilities include overseeing all supply chain activities at the Singapore manufacturing facility. Previously, from May 2016 to July 2023, Satwick held multiple roles at Novartis, including Tactical Planner and S&OP Facilitator, where key contributions involved managing the Master Production Schedule, facilitating the monthly S&OP process, and leading the implementation of Novartis Operational Standards for Supply Chain Excellence in Singapore. Additional experience includes positions as Process Team Lead and Senior Operations Planner at Novartis, as well as a Demand Planner at the LEGO Group and Manager of Supply Chain Planning at OmniActive Health Technologies. Satwick holds a Post-Graduate Programme in Rural Management from the Institute of Rural Management Anand and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
