Megan Andrews is currently the Head of Continuous Improvement for Early Access Programs at Bionical Emas. They hold a first-class Bachelor's Degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Birmingham and have previously served as a Quality Manager and MHRA Responsible Person at Bionical Emas. With expertise in Good Distribution Practice (GDP), communication, quality management, and auditing, they have played various key roles in the pharmaceutical industry, including Project Manager and Portfolio Director. Prior to their current position, they were the Head of Operations for Early Access Programs at Bionical Emas.
