Jean-Charles FALARZ has extensive experience in microbiology and quality systems within the agro-food and biomedical sectors. FALARZ started as a Technicien de recherche at Ecole nationale vétérinaire de Lyon, focusing on the prevalence of Escherichia coli O157:H7 in the bovine dairy industry. At ²ú¾±´Ç²Ñé°ù¾±±ð³Ü³æ, FALARZ held multiple roles, including TEMPO Challenge Tests Launch Task force Leader and FOOD Expert Unit Manager, where responsibilities included technical support for agro-food applications and leading the development of new products. FALARZ also served as an Assistant qualité at Mérieux NutriSciences, where the focus was on establishing accreditation for water analysis and internal method validation. FALARZ holds a BTS Anabiotech and has completed advanced degrees in microbiology from Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1 and Université Jean Monnet Saint-Etienne.
