Louis (Mark) Cosentino is the Executive Director of Clinical Laboratory & Biospecimen Management at BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc., a position they have held since 2022. Prior to this role, they were the Senior Director of Clinical Biospecimen Management at BioMarin from 2017 to 2022, and they served as the Director of Biobank at Biogen from 2013 to 2017. Louis (Mark) began their career as a Staff Fellow at the Food and Drug Administration's CBER division in the early 1990s and later held various leadership roles at BBI Biotech Research Laboratories. They earned a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine, a PhD in Regulatory Biology/Cellular Immunology from Cleveland State University/Cleveland Clinic Foundation, and a Bachelor's degree in Pre-Professional Studies from the University of Notre Dame.
