Pui Ling Lau is the Chief Operating Officer at the BioInnovation Institute and has extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors, including operations, governance, and public affairs. They currently serve as Deputy Chair at Lone Dybkjær Fonden and are a board member of both Det Sociale Netværk and Copenhagen Business School. Previously, Lau held positions such as Chief Operating Officer at Realdania and Head of Secretariat for H.M. the Queen. They earned a Master of Law from the University of Copenhagen and have contributed to key initiatives in green transition and life sciences.
