Monalisha Nayak, Ph.D. currently works as an Analytical Scientist at Biodextris. Prior to this, Monalisha was a Doctoral Researcher at McGill University where Monalisha engineered microfluidic devices to study bacterial motility and developed a template for device development. Monalisha also has experience as a Teaching Assistant for various biology and bioengineering courses. Monalisha has interned at ANANDA Devices where Monalisha collaborated on tissue engineering projects and streamlined data collection procedures. Monalisha has a background in proteomics research at Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay and Kanpur, as well as experience in pathogen detection and biomarker discovery. Monalisha holds a Ph.D. in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from McGill University.
