BioChem agrar Labor für biologische und chemische Analytik GmbH is a contract research organisation for plant protection products and other chemicals. We perform filed trials, ecotoxicologal studies and the related chemical analysis. We are certified for GEP and GLP as well as accredited with ISO 17025.

Our head office and our laboratories are located in Machern/Gerichshain, near Leipzig in Germany. 

With a network of test sites in Germany, Poland (Urbanowice) and Spain (in South of Seville), as well as cooperation partners in the most important geographic regions and climate zones of Europe, we are able to perform open-field trials in all relevant crops. With our company AGROLOGIA in Spain we are able to perform ecotox studies, especially pollinator trials around the year.

The company is part of the family-run and independent BioChem Group. Its head office is BioChem Holding Beteiligungs- und Management GmbH, which is managed by Managing Partner Dr. Lysan Massmann and Managing Director/CEO Oliver Hans Schwarz, a graduate in business administration. The Managing Director of BioChem agrar in Gerichshain (near Leipzig) is Gernot Renner. 

Another group company is BioChem Labor für biologische und chemische Analytik in Karlsruhe, Germany.
