John Person is a senior epidemiologist at Biobot Analytics, currently leading the State, Territorial, Local, and Tribal Support Team for the National Wastewater Surveillance System at the CDC. With a Master’s degree in Public Health, Epidemiology from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center, John has extensive experience in data analysis and public health surveillance, previously enhancing wastewater systems at Chenega and serving as an epidemiologist at the CDC and other notable organizations. John’s background also includes roles as a project assistant and ethnographer, applying critical thinking to improve patient experiences in healthcare settings.
