Bernard Andruss is currently the Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Bio-Techne Diagnostics Division. They have extensive experience in the biotech industry, including a role as Chief Operations Officer at Asuragen from 2006 to 2023. Prior to that, they held various vice president positions, specializing in diagnostic development and regulatory affairs. Bernard also worked as a Manager of Sponsored Research and Scientific Writer at Ambion Inc. from 2004 to 2006 and completed a postdoctoral research associate position at Rice University. They earned a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Cell Biology from Rice University, following a B.S. in Biochemistry from Texas A&M University.
