Lesley O'Neill is a seasoned legal and compliance professional with extensive experience in the digital asset, financial services, and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Compliance Officer at Binance.US since January 2024, Lesley is responsible for managing the Compliance Program in the rapidly evolving landscape of digital assets and regulatory frameworks. Additionally, as a Legal/Compliance Advisor for EVEDEX, Lesley provides strategic guidance on legal issues, compliance, and regulatory matters. Previously held positions include Chief Compliance Officer at Prove, where responsibilities encompassed developing and managing a Global Compliance program, and General Counsel (Interim), overseeing legal matters and corporate governance. Lesley's career also includes significant roles at EY, Milbank LLP, Bloomberg LP, and various research and academic positions.
