Molly Bridges is a Senior Director of Events & Experiences at Bilt Rewards, where they elevate the brand's presence through strategic event planning and high-quality gifting experiences. With over a decade of experience in event hospitality, community-building, and experience design, Molly has held various roles, including Community & Events Manager at Springboard and Senior Events & Community Manager at SoFi, where they drove significant attendance growth and member engagement. They are also a founding member of BONDE, a private professionals club aimed at accelerating careers for accomplished women.
