Lena Szepan has experience in HR and recruitment, having worked at bilstein group as a HR Specialist in Systems & Processes and Team Manager in Recruitment & Employer Branding. Prior to this, Lena worked at Rhenus Office Systems as a Recruiter and at HOCHTIEF as a Werkstudentin. Lena studied Wirtschaftswissenschaften at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Dortmund, earning their Bachelor of Arts degree.
